Tampa Bay Training maintains one current policy for open-enrollment, private, live-online, and self-paced training. The policy published on TampaBayTraining.com is the authoritative policy for purchases made through this online portal.
Before purchasing self-paced course access
Please review the current policy before purchasing. For HSI OSHA self-paced courses, a purchase is refundable before Cindy sends the learner both a usable HSI access code and the access link. After both are sent, the purchase is nonrefundable, subject to the access-problem remedy in the current policy. Contact Customer Service before purchasing if you are unsure which course or policy terms apply.
